Cleo launches its new fragrance Fleur De Patchouli in 2019. The top notes are black pepper which gives the perfume its spicy yet subtle scent. Middle notes are plum, rose having a clean sophisticated scent carnation, these scents slightly remind me of a fresh, lush-like scent. The liquor as base note adds a kick of boozy scent. Base notes of sandalwood give a woody and earthy aroma. The leather has warm, woody, almost balsamic, and full of exotic spicy narcotic notes.
